The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dispatch and inside sales teams, as well as greeting and assisting walk-in customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate team member - Greeting and assisting walk-in customers - Maintaining an organized and clean reception area - Assisting dispatch and inside sales with paperwork and data entry - Updating and maintaining customer and vendor files - Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in the heavy equipment industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience/Knowledge of the Point of Rental Software is a plus If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
