Responsibilities:
Provide product and service information to customers by answering questions and offering assistance Offer tailored solutions to customers that exceed their needs by actively listening to their needs and concerns Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings and client webinars Outperform standards and expectations with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and rigorous determination Engage in continuous learning opportunities and meetings to drive sales margins and improve the customer experience Ensure actions are in compliance with company policies and guidelines Initiate contact with customers, authorized third parties, and vendors to generate sales accounts Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions Are you someone who has the:
